The Relational Presence Foundation Training is at the heart of all our on-site programs. As a result of this training, your employees will improve their ability to express themselves as well as discover new ways to listen and acknowledge others. Since all employees will be looking (or listening) through the same lens, communication at all levels will improve immediately and dramatically.

From here, we can add more advanced skills: delivering presentations, working with difficult client or employee situations, and listening so others feel fully heard. The impact of our training can be measured by greater employee loyalty, engagement, and increased retention - as well as increased productivity and profitability.

Relational Presence can be integrated into your organization via many platforms -- team building, leadership development, train-the-trainer, employee morale, etc. It rests, however, on the foundation of communication built on the relationship between speaker and listener.

The Relational Presence Foundation Training includes:

Introduction to Relational Presence: 1/2 day workshop for all program participants with Lee Glickstein
Relational Presence Mastery Series: Four – 1/2 day workshops with 8 - 10 participants
DVDs of all workshops for personal viewing of participants
Two – 20 minute private coaching sessions: (after Mastery Series workshops 1 and 4)
Online communication assessment before and after the training

After the Foundation Training, additional workshops can be custom designed to fully integrate the new skill of Relational Presence with a particular focus such as business presentations, leadership development, training trainers and team brainstorming skills.
