Cancellation Policy

This information applies to San Francisco Bay Area Programs only - for our cancellation policy regarding trainings in other locations, please refer to your confirmation email information.

Cancellation deadlines are specified in terms of a length of time prior to a scheduled course, as listed below. Cancellations are handled by phone (415-488-4460) in order to insure that we receive your request - please do not attempt to cancel a registration by email.

If you cancel your registration before the deadline, you may choose to either receive a refund minus the adminstrative fee listed below, or you may apply a credit for the full amount to another Speaking Circles International program (space permitting). If you cancel your registration after the deadline, you will be responsible for the full course fee.

The following cancellation deadlines apply to each program as indicated:
Free Teleclasses - as soon as you know you can't use your reserved space
Speaking Circles with Lee - 2 days prior
One-Day Trainings and Small Group Teleclasses - 10 days prior
Two-Day Trainings - 21 days prior
Facilitator Training - 30 days prior

The following non-refundable administrative fees apply to processing your application for each program as indicated:
Free Teleclasses - none
One-Day Trainings and Small Group Teleclasses - $25
Two-Day Trainings - $50
Facilitator Training, US - $100
Facilitator Training, Europe - 100 euros
